Data Storage and Security

All data is stored on servers located in the European Union (Sweden). We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit. We perform daily encrypted backups.

Your Rights Under GDPR

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data at any time. You can exercise these rights through your account settings or by contacting us at support@bokably.com.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Business owners can configure data retention periods for client data. When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing and Plausible Analytics for privacy-friendly website analytics (no cookies, no personal data collection). We do not sell your data to third parties.
